The pool, framed by a large terrace of rare, varnished wood, offers two overflow levels: the first starts from a small bubble pool emerging from the translucent water, highlighted in black; the second, at the far end of the main pool, seems to disappear into the freshly mown lawn. The living area, the heart of the property
The villa’s interior features modern, minimalist décor. Black, white and shades of grey dominate. This large living room brings together a spacious designer lounge, a dining area set in front of the contemporary fireplace, and an open-plan kitchen equipped with high-end appliances.
The overall feel is soothing, chic and bright, thanks to the sunlight streaming in through the large picture windows.

Everything has been designed for the occupant’s well-being, with ample storage space and a range of quality equipment for intuitive use. The understated dining table seats 8 guests, who can admire the ceiling details seven metres above. Guests can enjoy the pleasant view offered by the large openings, or relax in the lounge; reading and cinema equipment awaits them. An industrial-style staircase leads, via the striking glass-and-metal walkway, to a mezzanine dedicated to relaxation and fitness: table football, a treadmill and an elliptical bike are just waiting to be used.
A kitchen with distinctive style
Open to the main living space, this large kitchen combines a generous synthetic-stone worktop with a large integrated corner table. It offers plenty of storage, and you will find all the modern equipment you would expect in a home of this standard. It also features a built-in coffee machine, a microwave, an electric oven and a dishwasher from the best German appliance manufacturers. The wide, state-of-the-art hob lets you indulge your culinary inspiration for unforgettable meals. Perhaps the perfect opportunity to gather under the beautiful pergola and enjoy the gentle evening air.
Cosy, designer suites
The villa’s four double bedrooms reflect its style: understated and comfortable. The atmosphere is soft, thanks to the light wall tones and the plush finishes that dress the beds. Each bedroom has its own ultra-modern bathroom, whose monochrome palette is enhanced by clean lines. Walk-in showers, LED mirrors and streamlined furniture are all part of the experience. The master suite, spacious and bright, is the closest to the pool. Specially designed, it features a stone bathtub and a dressing room. Gazing out through the wide horizontal window, you may sometimes feel as though you are looking at a masterpiece. Well soundproofed, you will always sleep in peace and quiet in large, soft, comfortable beds. The two upstairs suites also offer a beautiful view over the property.
A park in the open air
Villa Dal Cayrou truly comes into its own outdoors. Its half-hectare grounds, dotted with all kinds of trees and plants, are the ideal place to reconnect with nature. Younger guests will enjoy a game of table tennis or picking raspberries at the bottom of the garden, while adults can lounge in the shade of the old oak trees. And yet, as you move closer to the oversized pool, you will be delighted to find the large shaded table where you can share refreshments together in a friendly atmosphere. A little further on, the garden benches and the loveseat are also waiting for aperitifs!

The health of our guests is our priority. We adopt hygiene and disinfection measures for this villa.
Use of disinfectant products during cleaning
Disinfection of worktops, door handles, switches, taps…
Bedding and all towels are washed at a temperature of at least 60°C.

-Hot tub heating period to 34°C: All year round
Opening period for the unheated pool: From April 1 to May 31. If weather conditions are exceptional, the pool will be heated.
Pool heating period: from June 1st to September 30th. (Water temperature may vary depending on weather conditions).
Double overflow 11 m x 8 m saltwater pool with a large swimming volume. This pool consists of two basins, waterfalls and diving areas. Small pool depth: 1.10 m. Large pool depth: 2.20 m.A beach area facing the pool, south-facing, with views over the park.
Safety system: Submerged alarm
A hot tub heated all year round, 2.6 m x 1.6 m, saltwater, overflowing into the pool and overlooking the basins and the park.
