A 30% deposit is required at the time of booking.

The booking becomes effective once the deposit has been cleared.

The remaining balance of the rental amount must be paid by the tenant no later than 15 days before the arrival date via bank transfer or by credit card through a secure link.

For payments using holiday vouchers (chèques vacances), these must be sent to the owner 1 month prior to arrival at the property.
