Villa “Les Palmiers” with its 90 m² can accommodate up to 5 people. You are 7 km from Gourdon (SNCF train station, A20 motorway), 55 km from Cahors and 18 km from Sarlat. Open the door and walk through the hallway to enter the living room, where you will find a majestic stone fireplace. We wanted a modern decoration in harmony with the stone and the old solid wood flooring. In each of the two bedrooms overlooking the valley, a calm atmosphere conducive to deep sleep prevails. Here, you are not disturbed by outside noise and the temperature is always pleasant. In the garden, let yourself be charmed by the south-facing swimming pool with a breathtaking view of the valley.

The living room is very pleasant with its majestic stone fireplace. It’s a good place to relax and listen to music on this comfortable country-style sofa. Light generously streams in through the windows on each side of the room, one of which overlooks an old stone sink and another opens onto the valley offering a dominant view.

Nothing is missing in terms of kitchen utensils and storage. In addition to the fitted kitchen, a pretty sideboard stands in this kitchen to give it a country feel.

For storing your clothes, there is a shelf-wardrobe equipped with hangers. A space is set up for children, where they can watch a DVD on TV or read a comic book. The window opens onto the traditional houses of the Lot village.

The bathroom, tiled in anthracite tones, is practical, with a bathtub and a washbasin set on a cabinet.

Garden/Exteriors
The main asset of Villa Les Palmiers near Sarlat is its 1000 m² terraced garden, partly enclosed at the front. Exit through the glass door of the kitchen and you will arrive in front of a bicentennial cottage where we have chosen to install a fantastic barbecue to enjoy meals in an authentic atmosphere, seated on teak furniture. Cross the garden, pass between two palm trees and you will discover the magnificent 8 m x 4 m swimming pool where the sun dominates from dawn to dusk. We have chosen to secure it with a fence and a lockable gate.
Do not hesitate to dive into this crystal clear water after refreshing yourself in the outdoor shower. For your comfort, we have chosen not to treat the water with chemicals. Here, the feeling of space and calm is omnipresent and the dominant position offers a magnificent view of nature.

Not included in the rate: Mandatory cleaning fee of €110, household linen, and tourist tax.
