Park your vehicle in a large courtyard in immediate proximity to the entrance and access the 110 m² single-story villa, which has a capacity of 6 people. It offers easy access for people with reduced mobility.
From the moment you enter, we want our guests to enjoy high-end comfort. Beyond the door, to your right is a large pantry, then a practical closet in the hallway, leading to the main living area, which opens onto the beautifully appointed kitchen in warm tones. A large pocket sliding door provides access to a beautiful covered terrace and, just beyond, the swimming pool secured by an electric cover
Entrance/Living Room
From the entrance, you can access the laundry room where you will find the high chair, freezer, washing machine, ironing board and iron, and all cleaning equipment (vacuum cleaner, brooms).
At the end of the hallway is the living room, where you can relax on the comfortable sofa and armchairs, listen to music, or watch television.

Kitchen
Open to the living room, this large kitchen in taupe tones creates a sophisticated atmosphere. Behind this aesthetic facade lies a wealth of equipment: refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, and numerous kitchen utensils. In its electric oven
and on the 4-burner gas hob, you can cook all the local produce.
Meal preparation is made easy by a large work surface equipped with the following: toaster, kettle, citrus press, electric filter coffee maker, capsule coffee machine…)
For breakfast for two or a family dinner, sit at the large bar table with chairs. From there, you can admire the pool through the large bay window.
We provide complimentary cleaning products in reasonable quantities. Garbage bags are also at your disposal, as well as basic seasonings (salt, pepper, oil, vinegar…)
Bedrooms/Bathrooms

Garden/Exteriors
Privacy, calm, and serenity—Villa “Les Cayrous,” with its gently sloping garden, will not fail to impress. Enjoy this enchanting place, comfortably settled on sun loungers by this swimming pool (8 m x 4 m), secured with an electric cover.
Access to the water is via internal corner steps. The crystal-clear water is gentle on your skin as we do not use chemicals. Those sensitive to the cold will appreciate this heated pool.
Upon passing through the property gates, drive up a cypress-lined driveway and park directly in front of the entrance—very convenient for unloading your luggage.
Also, be sure to light the barbecue to enjoy the local products you will have discovered at our markets.

Luzech is 19 km from Cahors (SNCF train station, A20 motorway), 57 km from Sarlat, and 130 km from Toulouse.

Practical Information
The health of our guests is our priority. We adopt hygiene and disinfection measures for this villa.
Use of disinfectant products during cleaning
Disinfection of worktops, door handles, switches, taps…
Bedding and all towels are washed at a temperature of at least 60°C.
Arrival day: Saturday at 3:00 PM
Departure day: Saturday at 9:00 AM
Pool heating period: from June 1st to September 30th. (Water temperature may vary depending on weather conditions).
Saltwater pool, 8 m x 4 m, depth 1.65 m, secured by an electric cover.
Rates
Charges included in the rental price: Water, electricity, heating, unlimited internet access, unlimited heated pool access.
Charges not included in the rental price: Mandatory end-of-stay cleaning €110, household linen, and tourist tax.
Optional household linen prices:
- Towels: 1 pack per person includes: 1 hand towel, 1 large bath towel, 1 washcloth. (€16.50)
- Bed linen: 1 pack per bed includes: 1 fitted sheet, 1 flat sheet, 2 pillowcases. (€18.50)
Minimum rate for fewer than 4 nights: €710. Cleaning included, excluding tourist tax.
