If there is one place to discover in Quercy, it is the quiet little village of Thédirac! We chose to build Villa “Laviste” there for its strategic location, at the crossroads of the major sites of the Lot and Dordogne.
Catus: only 4 km away.
Cahors: 25 km away (SNCF train station and A20 motorway access).
Sarlat: the must-see medieval town 40 km away.

Villa Laviste offers 100 m² on one level, very well laid out to comfortably accommodate 6 people in its 3 bedrooms. From the entrance, we have chosen high-end decor to create a soft and warm atmosphere.
The spacious living room, tastefully furnished in natural tones, opens onto a large modern kitchen. For your comfort in all seasons, the house features efficient heating for the winter. Although not air-conditioned, its contemporary architecture and generous volumes promote natural air circulation for pleasant summer nights.
A paradise for your four-legged companion
We know that your pets are part of the family. Villa “Laviste” features a fully enclosed 1,200 m² garden, where your four-legged friend can roam safely. For your convenience, parking is available in the courtyard immediately adjacent to the entrance, making it easy to unload your luggage.

Upon entering, you will be captivated by the brightness and volume of the main room. Decorated with infinite care in natural and soothing tones, the living room is a true cocoon of well-being.

Fully equipped (oven, dishwasher, filter and capsule coffee makers), it allows you to prepare delicious meals with local produce. Everything has been thought of for your comfort, from the basic groceries already on site to the modern equipment that makes your daily life easier.

Bedrooms 2 & 3: Cozy spaces with ample storage to make you feel immediately “at home”. The modern and spacious shower room features a superb walk-in shower and a double vanity, ideal for getting ready without rushing.

The Pool: The true jewel of the garden, this 8m x 4m pool is heated for your enjoyment. Thanks to the salt treatment, the water is soft and crystal clear, respecting your skin for prolonged swims.
The Garden: Fully enclosed and perfectly maintained, it offers a safe playground for children. Between the upper terrace for summer meals and the lounge area by the water, every hour of the day finds its ideal setting.

Lot side: Just 25 minutes away, let yourself be charmed by Cahors, its medieval city, and its famous Valentré bridge. Do not miss Saint-Cirq-Lapopie, one of the “Most Beautiful Villages in France” perched on its cliff, or the incredible Gouffre de Padirac for a unique underground adventure.
Dordogne side: In less than 45 minutes, reach the town of Sarlat, the world capital of gastronomy and medieval heritage. The castles of the Dordogne valley and the famous Lascaux caves are within easy reach for days rich in emotion.

Practical Information
The health of our guests is our priority. We adopt hygiene and disinfection measures for this villa.
Use of disinfectant products during cleaning
Disinfection of worktops, door handles, switches, taps…
Bedding and all towels are washed at a temperature of at least 60°C.
Arrival day: Saturday at 4:00 PM
Departure day: Saturday at 10:00 AM
Pool heating period: from June 1st to September 30th. (Water temperature may vary depending on weather conditions).
8 m x 4 m salt pool, 1.65 m deep, secured by an electric cover.
Rates
Charges included in the rental price: Water, electricity, heating, unlimited internet access, unlimited heated pool access.
Charges not included in the rental price: Mandatory end-of-stay cleaning €110, household linen, and tourist tax.
Optional household linen prices:
- Towels: 1 pack includes per person: 1 hand towel, 1 large bath towel, 1 washcloth (€16.50).
- Bed linen: 1 pack includes per bed: 1 fitted sheet, 1 flat sheet, 2 pillowcases (€18.50).
Minimum rate for fewer than 4 nights €710, cleaning included, excluding tourist tax.
